You agree not to use TemEmail for:

• Illegal or unlawful purposes.
• Receiving, storing, or sharing sensitive, private, or confidential information.
• Inducing others to send messages that could compromise their privacy or security.

You understand that once emails enter the TemEmail system, they are effectively public domain, with no expectation of confidentiality.

Limitation of Liability

• TemEmail cannot be held responsible for lost, altered, or undelivered messages.
• We are not liable for any harm, damage, or consequences (including malware or inappropriate content) that may result from viewing or interacting with messages.
• By using this service, you agree to hold TemEmail harmless from any damages arising from your use of the platform.

Subscriptions

Some features are available only through TemEmail Plus, billed on a recurring subscription basis (“Billing Cycle”).

• Payments are processed securely by our reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record.
• Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each Billing Cycle unless you cancel it.
• You are responsible for keeping your billing details accurate and up to date.
• Cancellations can be made through your TemEmail account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Refunds may be requested within 30 days of purchasing TemEmail Plus.
• Refunds are limited to two instances per user. Subsequent purchases are non-refundable.
• If you cancel after a renewal, no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the billing period (unless required by law).
• No refunds are given for accounts terminated due to violations of these Terms.
• Once a refund is processed, your TemEmail Plus access will be revoked.

Warranty Disclaimer

TemEmail services are provided “as is”, with no warranties—express or implied. We cannot guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access.
• Security or suitability for any specific purpose.
• Availability of specific domain names or storage of delivered emails.

Indemnity

By using TemEmail, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, disputes, or costs (including legal fees) that arise from:

• Your use of the service, or
• Your violation of these Terms.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We reserve the right to:

• Update or change these Terms of Service at any time.
• Modify or discontinue the service (temporarily or permanently).
• Suspend TemEmail in case of safety, legal, or security concerns.
